These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and engaging our services.

By accessing this website or requesting a quotation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging us for renovation, electrical, ceiling or partition work, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Our Services

We provide the following services across Singapore. Availability, pricing and features may change from time to time.

• Services are provided based on the scope agreed in the final quotation, not general information published on our website.
• We reserve the right to modify, decline or discontinue any service where site conditions, regulations or safety requirements make it necessary.
• Service availability may depend on location, building management approval, and other applicable conditions.

Quotations & Scope of Work

All quotations are prepared based on the information, site conditions and requirements shared by the customer at the time of the site visit or inquiry.

• Each quotation states its own validity period. If no validity period is stated, the customer should confirm with us before assuming the quoted price still applies.
• Any change to the agreed scope of work (additional electrical points, extra partition length, material upgrade, etc.) will be treated as a Variation Order and may result in additional charges and/or revised timelines, to be confirmed with the customer in writing before proceeding.
• Any charges for site visits, measurements or consultations will be communicated to the customer in advance, before the visit takes place.

Payment Terms & Deposit

Payment for our services follows the schedule agreed in the quotation or service agreement, which typically includes:

• A deposit is payable upon confirmation of booking, before work commences. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in the quotation or service agreement for each project.
• Progress payment(s) at agreed project milestones for larger renovation or fit-out projects, as set out in the payment schedule of the quotation or service agreement.
• The final balance payable upon completion and handover of the work.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking (e.g. bank transfer, PayNow, cheque).
• Late payment beyond the agreed schedule may result in a pause of works. Any applicable late payment charge, if any, will be stated in the quotation or service agreement.

Prices, service charges and applicable fees are as stated in the quotation and may change without prior notice for future or unconfirmed bookings, where permitted by law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If the customer cancels before work begins, the refundability of the deposit will follow the terms stated in the quotation or service agreement signed for that project.
• If the customer cancels after work has started, payment will be due for work already completed and materials already purchased or ordered for the project.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a booking due to site access issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case any applicable deposit will be refunded or carried forward to a rescheduled date.

Warranty on Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Unless otherwise stated in your quotation:

• We provide a workmanship warranty from the date of completion, covering defects arising from faulty installation or workmanship. The warranty period will be stated in the quotation or service agreement for each project.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, third-party modifications, or issues arising from materials supplied by the customer.
• Manufacturer warranties on electrical fixtures, fittings or materials (where applicable) are separate from, and in addition to, our workmanship warranty.
• To make a warranty claim, please contact us with details and photos of the issue so we can arrange an inspection.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline, renovation and construction work can be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Delays in material supply or delivery from manufacturers or suppliers.
• Delays caused by building management approval, access restrictions, or other tenants/units.
• Force majeure events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Scope changes or variation orders requested by the customer during the course of the project.

In such cases, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and agree on a revised timeline. We shall not be held liable for delays arising from these circumstances.

Site Access & Safety

• The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the project site during agreed working hours.
• The customer is responsible for informing us of any known hazards, structural concerns, or building management rules relevant to the work.
• Our workers will follow standard safety practices on site. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or hazards not disclosed to us prior to commencement of work.
• The customer is encouraged to secure valuables and clear the work area of personal belongings before work begins.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for using our website and engaging our services lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not use the website for illegal activities.
• Do not attempt to damage or disrupt our website.
• Do not submit false or misleading information when requesting a quotation or booking a service.
• Respect the rights and safety of our staff and other users.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), to protect information submitted through our website or during the course of a project.
